Built as a lightweight lead management workflow, not a full enterprise CRM. Disclaimer: Follow-up outcomes, lead volume, appointments, and closings are not guaranteed.

Follow-up flow
A simple workflow helps the loan officer stay oriented without forcing a heavy pipeline process too early.
1Lead submits a mortgage review request on the borrower website.
2The lead appears in the dashboard with purpose, timeframe, phone, email, and message details.
3The loan officer updates status, opens the lead detail page, and logs the next contact activity.
4If a scheduling link is used, appointment activity can be connected to the lead when configured.
5The lead history becomes a lightweight record of the follow-up conversation.
