Website And Lead Management Platform Setup Agreement
1. Parties
This Website And Lead Management Platform Setup Agreement is entered into by Loan Officer Web Studio and [CUSTOMER_LEGAL_NAME].
2. Scope of Work
Loan Officer Web Studio will provide the platform setup services described in the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, or invoice. Services may include mortgage website design, configuration, content placement, lead capture forms, mortgage calculator setup, lead management dashboard configuration, contact activity workflow setup, scheduling link setup, basic SEO structure, compliance review workflow support, and deployment support.
3. Deliverables
Deliverables may include a borrower-facing mortgage website, selected pages, lead capture forms, lead management dashboard access, contact history/status workflow, compliance review workflow, hosting setup, scheduling link configuration, and related platform configuration described in the statement of work.
4. Timeline
Project timelines depend on customer responsiveness, content delivery, compliance review, revisions, third-party providers, and payment status. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer must provide accurate content, headshots, logo materials, NMLS information, company NMLS information, licensing details, service areas, disclosures, testimonials, domain access, scheduling links, analytics IDs, social links, dashboard user information, and compliance approvals.
6. Acceptance Process
Customer will review deliverables and provide written approval or specific requested changes within [ACCEPTANCE_PERIOD]. Deliverables are deemed accepted if customer launches, uses, approves, or fails to reject them with specific written objections during the acceptance period.
7. Revisions
Included revisions are limited to minor content revisions, minor visual revisions, and bug fixes during the agreed revision period. Additional work is handled through the Change Request Policy.
8. Additional Work
New pages, integrations, workflows, forms, major redesigns, additional design concepts, significant rewrites, custom CRM development beyond the included dashboard, automation, SMS/email drip campaigns, and marketing campaigns are out of scope unless separately approved and paid.
9. Payment Terms
Customer shall pay the plan fees described in the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, or statement of work. Current public pricing includes a $0 Free Preview before approval, then a $299 launch fee plus $99 per month for Website Essentials, $199 per month for Website + Lead Management, or $299 per month for Growth + AI. Website Essentials includes the website and email-only contact-form delivery. Contact-form submissions are delivered directly by email and are not saved in the lead-management dashboard. Website + Lead Management adds dashboard access and persistent lead history, statuses, and follow-up workflow. Growth + AI adds a borrower-facing AI assistant, AI lead-capture handoff, unlimited self updates for website content and priority support. Growth AI access is subject to reasonable-use limits. Company will provide advance notice and obtain Customer approval before charging an additional AI usage fee. Free previews are discretionary pre-launch previews and do not create any obligation to launch, host, transfer, maintain, or continue work until payment and written or electronic approval are received. The website will not be launched, transferred, connected to a customer domain, or made publicly available until required launch fees are paid, subscription billing is active, and required compliance approval has been received. Paid ads, third-party software, custom integrations, large redesigns, advanced automations, ongoing copywriting, and other additional work are not included unless stated in writing. Work may pause for non-payment.
Launch fee payments are refundable within 30 days of the first launch fee payment only if the website has not launched. After 30 days, or once the website has launched, launch fee payments are non-refundable. Domain registrations, hosting, third-party software, paid add-ons, payment processing fees, and other pass-through or non-cancelable costs are non-refundable once incurred. A free preview is not a free-to-paid conversion and will not automatically become a paid subscription unless Customer affirmatively approves launch and provides payment authorization.
10. Intellectual Property
Customer owns customer content. Loan Officer Web Studio owns pre-existing tools, templates, platform technology, processes, and reusable components. Customer receives a limited right to use deliverables as stated in the applicable agreement.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, deliverables are provided "as is" and Loan Officer Web Studio disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service or Master Service Agreement.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate according to the applicable agreement. Customer remains responsible for amounts owed for work performed and non-cancelable commitments.
